Hi,
I am a new member.  On your charts, I have noticed your Caution Box, warning that the price is significantly higher than the 250d ma.  May I ask what merits the Caution, or perhaps, how is this deterrmined?  Thanks.

"Way Above the Green Line" means that if you Buy it there, you will have a "sick feeling" WHEN it returns to the Green Line...

Human Emotions have taken over, and Buyers without DISCIPLINE pile in on the Good News (or they don't know where the Green Line is).  All Investments eventually return to their Green Line (usually once or twice a year).

Following up on the initial question, is there a formula you use for the "Caution" flag?  Such as it's x% higher than the 250 MA or it's been trending in such-and-such a manner for more than x days?

No formula... Just remember, Way Above the Green Line is from temporary human emotion (GREED).

Emotions FADE, and Greed subsides.
